GlassWear is a contemporary jewelry brand born out of my love for glass and color.
Fascinated by this colorful, fragile, yet strong material I started experimenting with glass over a decade ago. The nature of making glass, involving going back and forth from liquid to solid states, makes dealing with it very special.
Eager to create wearable glass objects, I specialised in jewelry in 2016 and created the GlassWear brand. Pure forms, clean lines and playful patterns are combined into contemporary pieces that fit the body perfectly.
I strive to create colorful pieces that make your personality pop and bring everyday joy.
All pieces are designed and handmade in my home studio and created with .925 sterling silver or 14 carat gold.
I started my career as an industrial product designer. After having worked several years in the design industry for various companies and brands, I decided to follow my heart and dedicate myself to making and designing jewelry.
With the support of the Sofina Boël Foundation I moved to Florence, Italy to learn the craft from Italian master goldsmiths. At Alchimia Jewelry School I refined my skills by taking workshops with several renowed international jewelry artists.
After moving back to Belgium, I designed jewelry collections for a Belgian jewelry brand and worked with several international suppliers. I now combine my job as a freelance jewelry designer and illustrator with the creation of my GlassWear collection.
